Do I need to be home during assembly?
Someone should let us in and confirm where each piece goes. For larger jobs we can agree access with your villa manager or building instead — tell us what suits you when you enquire.
Can you anchor furniture to concrete or brick walls?
Yes. Most walls on Samui are concrete, brick, or block, and tall furniture should be anchored to the wall rather than left freestanding. We use masonry fixings suited to the wall and check what it's made of before drilling.
Do you assemble furniture from any store or brand?
Yes — flat-pack and delivered furniture from any store, including pieces ordered from the mainland or overseas. If the instructions are missing, we work from the parts and fittings.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture for a move?
Yes. We take furniture apart, keep the hardware labelled, and reassemble it at the new address. Mention both locations in your enquiry so we can plan the day.
What if parts are missing or damaged in the box?
We stop, show you, and agree the next step before going on — so you can claim with the store while the packaging is still there.
